At RONDOMOW we strive to offer you quality year round services to keep your property well maintained. We offer out several different services including weekly mowing, aeration and overseeding, landscaping services, mulch installation, and snow removal. Mowing
We offer weekly mowing services to our clients that includes mowing, trimming and blowing of the property as necessary. We offer our services in Ankeny, Johnston, Urbandale, Clive, Waukee, West Des Moines and Stuart. Services are generally completed on a weekly basis from Monday to Friday depending on weather conditions. Prices starting at $65 plus tax for up to a .25 acre lot size.
core Aeration
We offer “CORE” aeration services to our clients that includes all property boundaries including inside fences. This service is a separate charge and is not included with weekly mowing services and must be purchased in addition to any other service. Aeration is essential to keeping your yard healthy and allowing oxygen, nutrients and water to easily flow back to your turf. Aeration Prices start at $90 plus tax for up to a .25 acre lot size. Overseeding services can be purchased as well to compliment your aeration service.
Mulch Installation
We offer mulch installation services for any location that you desire to have mulch put down. Mulch is a great way to help keep plants and trees with added moisture potentials as well as helping cut down on weeds in flower beds. We offer “Install Only” as well as “Removal and Install” services for your property. Pricing is dependent on the location needs and type of material purchased.
Snow Removal
We offer out a seasonal only snow removal package that is called a “Snow Pass”. This pass allows for coverage for all snow events for the season. This pass also covers all snow amounts and total number of events as well. This pass generally runs from December 1st through April 1st depending on the winter and snow amounts. spring & Fall Cleanup
We offer both Spring and Fall clean ups for your property as needed. Clean Ups are subject to what your needs are specified as each property is unique. Our basic clean up services include blowing out of the leaves from beds and property into the grass. Once the leaves are in the grass we vaporize them in place to a fine powder that puts nutrients back into the ground. We offer other services as well including bush trimming and landscape services.
