Free Aeration with Weekly Mowing

To be eligible for the “Free aeration up to ¼ acre up to $100 value” you must be signed up by May 17th to be eligible. You will receive up to a $100 value for a ¼ acre lot that will be paid back over a 10 week period. You will be billed for your aeration service which must be paid within 14 days of service performed.

You will receive a credit over the next 10 weeks on your weekly mowing bill until it adds up to the price of your aeration or $100, whichever is the lower value. You will generally get a $10 discount on your mowing service for up to 10 weeks thus completing the “Free Aeration up to ¼ acre up to $100 value”. You will not get any “Free Credit” for aeration of properties over ¼ acre, you will only get up to a $100 value refunded over the 10 weeks.

Offer is contingent on paying weekly mowing bills on time and consecutively for the 10 week period. Offer is only eligible to 2024 mowing pricing and must be complied with in its entirety. Failure to complete the offer may result in voiding out the remaining credits or if payment on time issues become a continuing problem. Any other questions must be posed and answered before agreeing to the offer.

Pre-Purchase of $275 in Landscape Labor

To be eligible for the “Free aeration up to ¼ acre up to $100 value” you must pre-pay $275 in conjunction with your aeration services bill as a package offer. You will receive up to a $100 value credit on your aeration bill and also a charge for $275 (2.5 man hours of labor). This project may be over $275 in labor and is not the final price of the project until all terms are explained and agreed on. The project minimum must be a minimum of $275 in labor to be eligible for the offer. This package bill must be paid within 14 days of the package being purchased together.

The project can be completed shortly after the aeration service or be completed later in the mowing season when time allows. If the project exceeds the $275 in labor you will be charged the difference on your project’s final bill. The $275 credit does not include materials, disposal fee or any other charges above and beyond the (2.5 man hours of labor).

The (2.5 man hours) is not exclusively time on the property but can also be used for shopping of materials and transportation to the site as applicable. The project must be completed during the in-season time frame to be eligible for the offer. The project must be completed in one site visit unless weather delays cause a return to the property. The hours can’t be split up or designated to other services and must be used for a “Landscaping Project”. Any other questions must be posed and answered before the package is purchased to be eligible.

If your project fails to meet the (2.5 man hours) you will be refunded the difference of the job price minus ($100 plus tax) as you will not be eligible for the “Free Aeration Offer”. The refund is only eligible on projects $175 in labor or less. If you cancel the package you will be refunded the $275 minus ($100 plus tax) as you will not be eligible for the “Free Aeration Offer”. You must have paid your initial purchase package bill in full to be eligible for any refunds. You will not get any “Free Credit” for aeration of properties over ¼ acre, you will only get up to a $100 value for this offer.

Two Free Mowing Services

This offer is eligible to anyone who refers their neighbor or friend who is eligible for the weekly mowing route. You must both complete 8 weeks of paid on time weekly mowing services and one party must not be currently signed up in order to be eligible.

The person who referred the neighbor or friend will become eligible for the “2 Free Mowing Services” once the referred party completes the same 8 week period. The person who completed the referral will receive “2 Free Mowing Services” up to a $130 value. This only eligible for one of the parties and not both.
