FREE LEAF CLEANUP OFFER  ( MAX $250 )

To be eligible for the “Free Leaf Cleanup Offer” you need to purchase a leaf cleanup for your property. The cleanup must be located in the service area to be eligible and needs to be paid on time within 14 days of the service completion. The property must be a new location that “RONDOMOW” will be servicing for the first time and can’t be current customers. This offer is only eligible once per customer (and/or) location and will not be eligible in the future once the offer has been completed.

In addition to purchasing a leaf cleanup you must also purchase a “Snow Pass” and two aeration services. The “Snow Pass” must be purchased at full price of $800 and is not eligible in combination with any other discounts or credits. The “Snow Pass” is only eligible for one snow season and is not a continuing service. The “Snow Pass” may exceed $800 if your property is larger than the base location. The two aeration services must also be pre-purchased in combination with the “Snow Pass” and “Leaf Clean Up”. The aeration must be at least $100 plus tax for each service for a minimum of $200 plus tax. Aeration services may be used in the future and are eligible up to 2 years from purchase date. All three services must be eligible for service and in the service area.

The total of the paid package must be at least $1000 (Snow Pass + Aerations) to be eligible. This does not include the leaf cleanup service. If this criteria is met you will receive a discount of up to $250 off your leaf clean up. The leaf clean up may exceed $250 depending on the clean up total time. All questions must be posed and answered before agreeing to the above offer. Offer value is only eligible to be used towards the specified services and can not be used for another service type. Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in voiding this offer. Offer is available for a limited time and subject to change in the future. Offer is only eligible for “NEW” customer locations that “RONDOMOW” has not serviced before. FREE “ULTRA” CORE AERATION OFFER ( MAX $100 )

To be eligible for the “Free Core Aeration Offer” you need to refer 3 “new” different property locations of any eligible size. The 3 property locations must be located in the service area to be eligible and all 3 locations need to be paid within 14 days of their service completion. These properties must be new locations that “RONDOMOW” will be servicing for the first time and can’t be current customers.

Once all of the above criteria have been met then you shall be eligible for the “Free Core Aeration Offer” with a maximum value of $100. If you have paid for your aeration service you will receive a refund of your purchase total up to $100 plus tax. If you have referred the 3 sites previous to your personal aeration service then you will receive 1 credit of up to $100 plus tax for the “Free Core Aeration Offer”.

***ULTRA AERATION: The aerator is a hydraulic impact that delivers a deeper “CORE” plug and at a density of 15 plugs on average per square foot compared to most drum aerators at 8 plugs per square foot. This delivers a better impact on stimulating new growth and nutrient delivery of fertilizer and water.

SNOW REMOVAL OFFER ( MAX $250 )

To be eligible for the “Snow Removal Offer” you need to purchase a “Snow Pass” for your property. The snow removal must be located in the service area to be eligible and needs to be paid in full and on time within 14 days of the invoice being sent out. The property must be a new location that “RONDOMOW” will be servicing for the first time and can’t be a current customer. This offer is only eligible once per customer (and/or) location and will not be eligible in the future once the offer has been completed.

In addition to purchasing a “Snow Pass”  you must also pre-purchase a minimum of $450 of mowing services for the 2025 season. The mowing services must be paid in combination with the “Snow Pass” and shall be quoted at the 2025 pricing schedule. This purchase is non-refundable and must be purchased in advance to qualify. The “Snow Pass” must be purchased at full price of $800 and is not eligible in combination with any other discounts or credits. The “Snow Pass” is only eligible for one snow season and is not a continuing service. The “Snow Pass” may exceed $800 if your property is larger than the base location.  All  services must be eligible for service and in the service area.
