Pricing

Below are the weekly mowing service prices for your lot size. The property needs to be unlocked as well as free of debris, pet waste and other objects in the mowing path. Trampolines will not be moved and are the responsibility of the homeowner to rotate if desired. Mowing is performed in general on a weekly basis and dependent on weather conditions. Please refer to the mowing outline to get more details on our mowing operations.

Debris/ Pet Waste Fee: This fee is charged when large debris has to be moved around or an excessive amount of waste is on site. This does not include removal of waste and is potentially subject to a dump fee. Fees start at $15 and up depending on the circumstances and amount of extra work needed.

Double Mowing Fee: This fee is charged by default and needs to be opted out of if you don’t want this service. This fee is only charged during peak growing season and is a double mowing cut of the property is needed. Prices vary depending on the amount of extra time needed but are generally 40-50% surcharge. This is performed when time allows for this service and helps keep the yard looking good.

Aeration services include a “CORE” aeration of the property on all sides of the property. The aeration will take place up to within 1 to 1.5 feet of the property line and objects in the pathway. Property needs to be properly marked for sprinklers or pet fences that are buried just below the surface.

It’s the responsibility of the homeowner to disclose the sprinkler or pet fences and properly mark them before services. Aeration services are generally done in batches and might be subject to a brief waiting period to be grouped together. Pricing for aeration services can be found in the table below

Overseeding services can be added as well in conjunction with your aeration services. Pricing is very dependent for seed but minimum cost is ($80 to $110) for a ¼ acre not including labor. Labor costs are a minimum of $65 and go up from there depending on the property size. In general for most ¼ acre lots you would be around $175 plus applicable tax at the minimum. More premium products will raise this rate.

Landscape Projects: This would include a variety of different services but the minimum charge for most projects is $275 labor and doesn’t include materials, dump fees or other costs that could be associated with the project. Please contact us at 515-556-2063 for more information on your project.

Mulch Installation: This service is available for “Install Only” or “Removal and Install” and the pricing will vary on this quite a bit depending on the project. In general the minimum project is 2 to 3 cubic yards installed, that is a minimum charge of $275 of labor only and materials are a separate charge. Spring/Fall Cleanups: This service is available in early spring or in the fall after mowing has stopped for the season. This service can be custom tailored but must be specified and priced according to your desired project needs.
